Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a great, fun and very effective way to work out!

Our classes are for all levels. Equipment used consists of:

  • Battle ropes
  • Slams balls
  • Body weight exercises
  • Water bags
  • Power bands

  • Kettle bells
  • Medicine balls
  • Push sleds
  • Bungee cords
  • Free weights & much more

Timetable

Monday 6am Bootcamp upper focus session
Tuesday 6.30pm 30min smash session 7pm to 8pm Full body bootcamp
Wednesday 6am Bootcamp Full body circuit 7.30pm Full body circuit
Thursday
Friday 6am Bootcamp – lower body and core focus
Saturday Every 2nd Week 6am Gym circuit @ FCF
Sunday

All classes are designed to be fun and challenging most classes run for 60min but pariticipants are welcome to earlier if they have other engagements to attend to.
