With everybody chasing there next fitness goal sometimes it’s important to look back to where u started and how far u have come in that time.I really like looking back at clients transformations over time , we are usually focused on the next 1kg to lose or posting our best time on rower , we are constantly chasing our next goal witch is important but sometimes it’s nice to take a look back at how far u have come and how hard u have worked.
