We recently caught up with Michelle to ask her a few questions about her progress since joining FCF. Here is what she had to say.
So Michelle, why did you first start coming to FCF?
I had previously been training at home but wanted to do some more strength training for toning and weight loss, so I thought I’d give it a go.
And how long have you been a member?
I’ve been a member for two and a half years now.
Wow, great stuff! What do you feel you have achieved in that time?
As you can see in the pictures, I have managed to build up a decent amount of lean muscle. I’ve also gotten fit for the first time in my entire life which is a huge personal milestone, and I have learnt heaps about training, as well as making some great friends along the way.
What services do you use (e.g. Bootcamps, Classes, Personal Training, etc)?
I do personal training, bootcamps and use the gym frequently.
What makes you want to recommend FCF to all of your friends?
I love that FCF is not your typical gym. I have never once felt intimated going there and really enjoy training with such a great bunch of people.
